Harmonica is an AI-facilitated structured conversation platform. It conducts 1-on-1 conversations with each participant using an AI facilitator, then synthesizes responses to surface themes, tensions, and consensus across the group.

You set a topic and starter questions; participants click a link and have a 1-on-1 conversation with the AI facilitator that asks intelligent follow-ups. Harmonica synthesizes responses into themes, tensions, and consensus you can act on.
