Cookies and browser storage
Updated
This notice explains storage and analytics on the Harmonica marketing website at harmonica.chat, operated by Harmonious Technologies Ltd. It covers local storage and session storage as well as cookies.
Your choice
Optional PostHog analytics is off until you accept it. Choose Essential only to browse without website analytics, or use Settings to change the analytics choice. Browsing, scrolling or closing settings does not give consent. Session replay is disabled, including when you accept all.
Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days, then we ask again. Clearing website storage also resets it. If storage is blocked, a choice applies only to the current page. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops website analytics and removes this project's accessible analytics storage, including the shared identity cookie. It does not automatically erase information already received by PostHog; contact hello@harmonica.chat for a data-rights request.
What this website stores
| Storage and provider | Purpose and choice | Duration and scope |
|---|---|---|
harmonica:cookie-consentHarmonica local storage | Essential: remembers your analytics choice and the notice version. Contains no analytics identifier. | 180 days; this website's origin. Not shared with the app. |
announcement:dismissed:<slug>Harmonica local storage | Remembers an announcement you explicitly dismiss. Not used for analytics. | Until you clear this website's storage; this website's origin. |
ph_<project token>_posthogPostHog cookie and local storage | Optional analytics: visitor, device and session identifiers, page activity and journeys into the app. Loaded only with your permission. | Website-set cookie: 180 days, renewed during consenting visits; eligible across harmonica.chat subdomains. Local storage remains until consent expires, you withdraw or you clear it. The app may independently renew its copy. |
PostHog session storageph_<project token>_*(including _posthog and _session_registered_properties) | Optional analytics: supports session and browser-tab continuity after consent. | For the browser tab; this website's origin. |
__ph_opt_in_out_<project token>PostHog local storage | Records the SDK's capture preference after analytics starts. Our website preference above controls whether the SDK may load. | Removed with this project's analytics storage on withdrawal or consent expiry. |
PostHog processes website analytics using its US-hosted service. Analytics helps us understand page visits, clicks, demo bookings and onward journeys. We do not run session replay on this website. See PostHog's privacy notice and our privacy policy for information about data handling and your rights.
Booking a call
The Cal.com calendar loads only when you choose to book a call. Refusing website analytics does not prevent booking. Cal.com receives technical connection information and any booking details you submit. Its booking interface may use storage for booking functionality and security; that is separate from optional PostHog website analytics. Read Cal.com's privacy notice. You can also open the booking page directly.
In our browser check on 23 October 2026, opening the calendar set a __cf_bm security cookie on cal.com and a reserverUid booking reference in app.cal.com local storage. Cloudflare says its security cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; Cal.com's local booking reference can remain until its storage is cleared or the service removes it. These provider-controlled items load with the requested calendar, including when website analytics is refused. The website preference does not clear storage on Cal.com's domain. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Other connections and Harmonica sites
This website downloads its body font from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. That request does not itself set the PostHog analytics cookie.
This website's choice applies here, not across every Harmonica service. Links to app.harmonica.chat, the help centre, blog and external services open separate sites. The app currently manages analytics independently; its own processing is not switched off by the website control. A shared PostHog cookie can connect consenting website activity with later app activity. Removing it here may reset that browser identity.
Questions and data rights
Contact hello@harmonica.chat about cookies, withdrawing consent or deleting information already collected. Browser settings can also remove stored data. Refusing optional analytics leaves the marketing website, signup links and booking links available.
