How does session pricing work?
Sessions using Harmonica-hosted models cost ~$0.10 per participant from your balance. A 10-person session costs ~$1, a 50-person session ~$5. Bring your own model (BYOM) and sessions cost $0 from your balance.
What happens when my balance runs out?
You can buy top-up packs ($5, $10, or $20) to add to your balance. Or switch to BYOM — use your own API keys and sessions cost $0 from your balance. Free users can also upgrade to Pro for a higher monthly balance.
What's the difference between Self-Hosted and Pro?
Self-hosted gives you the full core platform with complete data control. Pro adds cross-pollination, chain workflows, HARMONICA.md org context, public sharing, managed bots, and unlimited data retention.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your data stays accessible after cancellation. You can export your sessions or migrate to self-hosted at any time.
